Dear friends of Breathwork,
We are pleased to inform you about the most important initiatives and our next steps for the development and empowerment of the EBE!
Adoption of Sociocracy as a Governance System
Sociocracy is a dynamic governance system and collective decision-making process that promotes harmonious coexistence, continuous progress, empowerment, and social change, both on an individual and collective level.
Every voice is heard and counts, through processes of consensus and continuous feedback, contributing to the shaping of common goals.
The Board of Directors is already participating in weekly training sessions, while two of our members are attending a specialized facilitation program for sociocratic groups at the Sociocracy For All (SoFA) Academy, in order to support the implementation of the system in our organization.

Become a Member – Support the Growth of Breathwork in Greece
The Breathwork Union of Greece (EBE) is growing, and we want you with us!

As a member of the Union of Breathwork Greece (EBE), you will have the opportunity to:
Actively contribute to the development of the community and the spread of Breathwork in Greece.
Network with other members and Breathwork professionals, strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Volunteer your help in social actions and support programs.
Gain access to Sociocracy training, participate in sociocratic circles, and contribute to decision-making and the evolution of EBE.
The benefits for members are shaped based on the goals and values of our community, enhancing professional development, education, and social contribution. As we grow together, the privileges of participation will expand.
Future Steps and Participation
Our next steps include the full integration of the EBE into Sociocracy, with the creation of the General Circle and the Work Circles, each with clear goals and responsibilities.
To move forward, we need your participation and support.
Once the Work Circles are formed, we will reach out to members who have expressed interest through the registration form, informing them about opportunities to participate in governance and our collective development. At the same time, we are working on developing our website to provide rich and valuable content to our community.
