WHAT IS UNION?
HBU is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Breathwork in general in Greece.
A SPACE TO REMEMBER BREATHING
We know that breathing is an inherent self-healing tool that
we all have
direct access.
It enables us to improve our physical and mental health , to connect with ourselves and at the same time with others and the world around us.
We envision that the practice of conscious breathing can become part of everyday life.

A SOCIOCRATIC SPACE
Hellenic Breathwork Union adopted the principles and tools of sociocratic circular governance with the thought that it fits our values.
The structure of the working circles arises from the operational needs of the Union and based on the principle of dissemination and transparency of information and consent decision-making.
Anyone who wishes to become an active member of the HBU, offering their ideas or skills to a working group of their choice, can contact us.
