What is the purpose of the Union?
The purpose of the Hellenic Breathwork Union is to create a community that serves
as a hub for communication, collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge, ideas,
and applied practices among breathwork instructors.
It promotes the understanding and spread of breathwork as a method of wellness and self-care,
provides the opportunity to find accredited breathworkers where you live,
and establishes unified standards and principles in accordance with the
International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA).
Breathwork, as a therapeutic tool, is accessible to everyone.
