What is the Mission of the Union?
Our mission is to create a vibrant and inclusive community in Greece—a space for connection, communication, and collaboration, united by the broader practice of Breathwork. At the same time, we support Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) professionals by ensuring ethical standards, professional guidelines and continuous development in the field. Additionally, we promote scientific research, the dissemination, and the establishment of CCB in Greece as a recognized and reliable method of self-awareness, empowerment and self-healing.
